I love dogs and cats

I remember this old short from when I was a little kid. The cat who was obsessed with his cell phone, only for her cell phone to fall on the ground and break.
What's funny is that it was a flip-phone. Those were cool and new at the time, but now they're retro. I mean, they still make them I think, but most people just have smart phones now. So if someone used one now, it would be like they didn't not care about trends like this character does. It would feel completely different if this cartoon was set in modern day with a flip phone.
A Kitty Bobo Show world building Headcanons.
Because I'm still obsessed and need an outlet for it.
1. Urbopolis was founded by a Greenland Dog, a Saluki, and a Basenji trio. (The three oldest known breeds of dogs.)
2. In terms of species dogs are the overwhelming majority, with canine related animals such as wolves and foxes coming in second. The significant feline population comes in third. Primates are by far rarer.
3. Kitty was the only non dog animal at his school up until his senior year when Monkey Carl transferred as a foreign exchange student.
4. Cosmetopia, the country in which Kitty is stated in the concept to be adopted from is considered a third world nation in-universe. Kitty doesn't remember it due to being a newborn at the time but he was in bad shape when his parents took him home. Malnourished and infested with fleas. You wouldn't be able to recognize his one picture from that place.
5. More than once police were called when Kitty was growing up because a lot of people panicked at seeing two dogs walking away with a kitten that looked nothing like them. Made things awkward for Kitty's Dad at the station. Until it became commonplace.
4. Cats are often fetishized. In a similar way to how Asians are stereotyped as China dolls. Cats are often looked at as more promiscuous than dogs and Kitty has been accused of being a prostitute even because of being seen around so many dogs before.
5. Kitty isn't a huge fan of his suburban cousins. Not because they're bad people or anything but just because they can be unintentionally rough when they play.
