As a retail associate at Unova Beauty, please stop asking me if you can use our human hair dye on your Mareep/Flaaffy. For one, electricity + chemicals is usually not the best combo to play around with especially if you don't know what you're doing. For two, they make Pokémon safe dyes!
PSA! Don’t come in asking which clippers are best to shave your Lycanroc because “It’s so hot, I just want to help him cool off” That’s what his fur is for!! You are actively removing his natural system to keep himself cool. Please stop!
Say it with me now: A Service Pokémon is not a pet for your child to play with. A Service Pokémon is medical equipment that is keeping me sane and a semi-functioning member of society. Keep your child’s grubby hands away from him.

A customer just got angry at me and my coworker because their hair was melting off 😭 When we asked what happened they said they (get this) heard that if you put a fire type Pokémon on your head while the color is processing, that it speeds it up. And so they put their friend’s Pansear on their head for like… an hour??? (Which begs the question of how they got the Pansear to sit there for that long) Hairdryers exist, dude!!! Also, sure, it works, but you have to be careful!! You are working with chemicals after all (They also conveniently forgot to mention that they used 40 volume developer on already damaged hair 🙄)
