3. What’s your favorite place in the Digital World (of any season)?Oh bugger uhm…toy town but mainly because of Mimi and Togemon.Oh or the place with the tram in Episode 54 of Adventure

4. Which digivice do you like the most?D-Ark/D-Power because using cards as powerups is useful.Or D3 but only because it was one of the first Digimon toys I ever received as a kid.20. Favorite friendships/bonds between humans?Miyako/Mimi. idk it’s cute and I like girls.

21. Favorite friendships/bonds between digimon?Joe/Gomamon they work really well together because they help each other. Joe grounds Gomamon and Gomamon helps Joe be braver/more impulsive.

29. Favorite minor character?I like Derumon!

38. What Digimon has changed in your life?Miyako and Koushiro I guess because they made me even more into computers than I already was and helped me pursue it as a career.

so since kkanbara requested it here we go, zatch bell/digimon headcanons because what else is better to talk about than crossing over shounen anime that were both animated by toei

takatomatsudas handled digimon (tamers) characters watching zb so i’m going to do the opposite

Zatch, Ponygon, and Tia always watch Digimon together. For Zatch, while he loves Praying Mantis Joe above all, Digimon’s his second favorite show

Zatch and Tia pretend that Volcan and Volunlun are their Digimon. They’ve made very poorly made crafts to be their Digivices and Tags/Crests. Whenever they yell “DIGIMENTAL UP!!”, they cover Volcan/Volunlun with outfits made out of paper in order to represent their armor evolutions.

They both have an extensive collection of trading cards. Tia’s able to afford more of them because of Megumi’s job, so having better cards in addition to just being better at the card  game in general, Tia always wins.

One time Ponygon accidentally ate one of Zatch’s cards and he wouldn’t stop crying to Kiyo about it for a week.

Tia’s favorite is Mimi for very obvious reasons (”Wow sings just as beautifully as Megumi!!”) and I want to say that Zatch’s is Daisuke for how headstrong he is... As for Ponygon idk I feel inclined to say either Tomoki or Junpei? He can relate to their friendship problems with how Ponygon had difficulties finding his book owner. Kanchome doesn’t watch as much anime as the other three, but his favorite is Jou again for pretty obvious reasons. (And also, again, as a seiyuu joke.)

Once they got to all of the Jogress evolutions you can bet that they all started talking about Jogress evolving with each other.

And then they roped their book owners into it once they saw Takato and Guilmon fuse through Matrix Evolution.

Zatch stood up and applauded when Takeru punched Ken because that’s exactly how he felt. Zatch has made it absolutely clear that manipulating others is NOT something that he tolerates in the slightest.

Zatch has chided Kiyo before about not being treated in their everyday life the way Takato treats Guilmon.

When they all watched Savers they all agreed that if Kurata was a mamodo they’d all go and burn their book in a heartbeat.

Zatch is the one that had his mind most blown in regards to the plot twist with Masaru’s dad, since Zatch feels sort of similar in regards to his family situation.

Leomon in Tamers was just Too Much for Zatch because it reminded him too much of Kolulu and Lori.

They’re all convinced that Digimon are real. Every time Kiyo uses the computer, Zatch expects a DigiTama to pop out of the screen.

1) What crest do you think that suits you better?

Friendship. Knowledge and sincerity are second and third. Courage, love and kindness are the ones I aspire to.

The one from frontier. The colour scheme Takuya’s had was really nice. I also like daisuke’s D3 and the original ones.

6) Least favorite digimon and why?

I don’t have a beef with any of them in particular, but the more human like they look, the less I’m inclined to see them as digimon. OH, marineangemon is a bit dumb too.

14) If you have any, what are your expectations about the 15th adventure anniversary project?

I guess my biggest expectations would be for it to have well animated, badass digimon fights, character exposition in regards of how has everyone grown up and also how has their relationship with their digimon changed (or not) and a possible retcon of 02′s ending. I also would like to see Daisuke and Vmon from 02 show up in this show. I love those two dorks and wanna see them in action again.

Will you guys be covering all the seasons/"universes" or just the Adventure timeline? This week's was pretty Adventure-focused I would say, so I'm just wondering. It's obviously only been one episode so I could just be quick to ask the question. :)

No problem! Thanks for the question! :) At this point, we’re not ruling anything out. We are not going to limit ourselves just to the Adventure universe, but as the first two seasons are our favourites, they will likely end up being the primary focus of many episodes. Anything can happen at this point so it’s hard to say. However, we do have plans to make future episodes about each non-Adventure season, and from looking at your URL, hopefully you’ll tune into the one about Frontier!
