Hyperfocused on Klevar again, time to beat them up more.

I headcannon them to have a REALLY big issue when it comes to keeping track of time but it's less "oh they're just unperceptive tee-hee" and more "They accidentally fucked themself up and now they can't perceive time like everyone else."

They've learned how to control this so that they can kinda experience time normally but there are times they have interacted with someone for like 5 minutes, but on their end it lasted for over an hour. They can get so engrossed in reading that they don't realize they've been at it for a day or two. Occasionally they can just randomly remember things that haven't even happened yet which is more confusing for them instead of scary unless the memory itself is frightning (like when they remembered getting captured over a month before it happened).
