“Loving you was like a snowball fight. It started off as a white canvas until we made a mess and ended up with only a cold feeling down our spines.”

Our love for Sydney producer Donatachi’s style of bubbly playful electronica hasn’t wavered since we fell for his collaboration with Mallrat and Oh Boy, Bunny Island. So it comes as no surprise that we were drawn to his vision of fellow Australian artist KLP’s recent electronic single Changes, though we had plenty of favorites to choose from off a new remix package. His popping edit of Changes takes full advantage of its bright melody, KLP’s sassy vocals, and the song’s inherent vivaciousness. The candy coated dance remix lifts us on sugar dusted clouds towards perky iridescent peaks of euphoria. You can stream the new Changes remix pack in full on Soundcloud, here. It features other revamped gems crafted by the likes of Double Agent, Yeo, Spaces, and Froyo.
Nèa kallikrateia , Chalkidikis
It’s been an extended amount of time since we’ve heard from Australian project Set Mo, the production pair consisting of Nick Drabble and Stu Turner. Turns out, they were fast at work making sweet music, and not just by themselves, but with one of our long time favorites, singer songwriter and producer Woodes. She graces I Belong Here’s supple soundscape with her lithe smoky vocals. The electronic track also features a mini choir on backing vocals that involves high caliber talent, too. Asta, Elizabeth Rose, and KLP all join in on the svelte shimmying indie dance meets melodic house opus. I Belong Here is available from iTunes, here.
The basic problem we seem to be facing is that we are too involved with trying to prove something, which is connected with paranoia and the feeling of poverty. When you are trying to prove or get something, you are not open anymore, you have to check everything, you have to arrange it “correctly.” It is such a paranoid way to live and it really does not prove anything.
