99% of my females come to me and can't do a push up on their feet. It's not uncommon. When I ask a female to do a push up they look at me like I'm crazy and straight away say "I can't do push ups". First things first, there's no such thing as can't. My mum told me this when I was younger and mums are always right 🙄 Second thing, if you think you can't do something then you're already setting yourself up to fail. Third thing, if you can't do something it's more than likely because you don't know how. Learn and then practise, practise, practise. And what do you get?........Press ups on your feet!
