It's actually really fun. Even if Kluea seems at a disadvantage from the start, I feel he just spice it up for us, the viewers.

Deserved Better Prelims: Kluer (This Love Doesn't Deserve Long Beans)
"First off, he's the chef's sous chef (so he's basically the second in command), but when the chef decided to leave, it never even crossed his mind to hand it down to his SOUS CHEF! And then when the chef decides the better option is to hold a contest to win the restaurant and sees that Kleur is in the running, he doesn't think "oh, he has the funds to purchase, and knows exactly how I want the place to be run. I should give him the restaurant." No, he goes through the whole process of running this contest. Then on the other side of things, he develops a crush on Plawan, because it's Pon. Of course you are gonna crush on this man. So he asks for permission from the chef to attempt to woo Plawan because he can see what is happening in the restaurant. And even though the chef said it was cool or whatever, he still tries to stop Kluer from seeing things through at every stop. And to top everything off, the final competition between Kluer and Plawan was rigged. Plawan tried to fail the competition *because of reasons* he still won because he was sleeping with the chef. So Kluer also purposely made a dish that would lose, because he knew he was going to lose. Because, going back to the beginning, he has been the chef's sous chef for years. The chef could've given him the restaurant at any point in time and didn't. So he deserves so much better."
