Another party bee.

Well, the semester has wound down to a close. Stressful as it was, I still manage to scrape by without failing anything.

There was quite a bit more success on the side of Dizzy though. We have our 3rd Dizzy Arts show on May 30th, Whompus Cats and I are djing a fashion show (and it's afterparty) next week.

I am a busy bee. Partying all the time.

Too many things happenign for me to be posting regularly on tumblr. That's dumb.

I should be back in the next week or so with a set of regular posts.

Been working with old high school friends from Dubai to pull some international shit together. Ok...maybe it's not THAT cool. We're just working on a record together.

We've got this next Dizzy Arts show on the 30th and the line up is killer.

Yea. I'm excited.

Woot Woot! Show poster!

We've been working our asses off preparing for this release. It's all finally online for pre-order, and now we're just getting our set's together for this show Friday. I hope it's a party.

I plan to bring the party. Do you?

Now this is what I call album art.

Some of my friends from my old high-school put this all together. I love it. They took my pathetic attempt and turned it into something incredible. I am really proud to know such talented designers.

Funny story... Andre actually did the artwork for my Adam and the Apple project years ago. Both he and I have come quite a ways in our artistic endeavors.

Also... PSL and I played in a band together in high school. I tried to convince her to sing all the time, but she wasn't having it. Even though her voice is killer. Maybe one day....

Rough Design Idea for Pomology So I am new to design so I just made a rough version of our Dizzy Records compilation. People said it looked like MS Paint:( Oh well! I like it.

EGOTRP

This is EGOTRP, he is an alien. As you can see, he previously appeared to be a mayan/aztec/somekindofancientculture temple. All the ancient pyramids are basically just dormant alien super villains that planned to wake up later and eat us all.

Well at least that's the concept behind the EGOTRP project that Whompus Cats and I are working on. We wanted to create music that would be the sound track to a world-domination-seeking super villain.

My computer had died because I left my charger at a DJ gig over the weekend so I was forced to doodle for hours to entertain myself. I was hardly upset about that. This is the result. EGOTRP has been an idea in our minds for a while now, but we started making some steps forward with it last night. I'm excited.

I hope someone else finds this piece as amusing as I do.
