@kmsoy.
her pride, gone. dignity- missing in action. she couldn’t face the girl who’s name was kim soyi- no way. not anymore.
her head floods with the thought of how much money she’s lost, how much she’s underestimated the older girl. she was older, right? it seemed like it. hyejung sighs, closing her eyes which revealed the black eye that she acquired in the middle of the fight. fingers slip over her face, pressing against her skin before she opens her eyes again and looks at soyi through her fingers. she was upset, filled with rage and anger. did she need to avenge her? no. but she’s lost her reputation. not completely because she could still fight people and win but-- she lost to an amateur. the girl was throwing flimsy uppercuts but hyejung did have to acknowledge the ones that were clean.
she sees soyi coming with a towel wrapped around her neck. hyejung grits her teeth, they end up meeting each other in the middle. there are no words to explain how hyejung felt, nor any to give to the other. she turns her heel, her back facing soyi. she didn’t need to talk to her. they had no reason to keep in contact. they were both underground fighters. thing is, she was possibly the only girl she’s encountered ever since she’s been in the underground fighting business. but still, no way.
