SOOOOO ANNOYED oh i’ve been annoyed since this whole arc started how has it been at least 5 volumes and mina hasn’t had any significant fights other than getting swallowed by no.9 even THEN she was saved by kafka.

when she was soloing the monster after kafka was down she could’ve at least upgraded since her weapon was destroyed??? instead of needing to be SAVED AGAIN??????

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW IS SHE SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPER STRONG OFFICER IN THE NATION WHEN SHES NOT DOING SHIT????

here to bitch again after 5000 years of staying offline but wow first of all i’m so happy for kikoru 😭😭😭 that’s my girl and Also at least she’s a female character getting screen time and an UPGRADE

however. as a mina fan i’m utterly disappointed by whatever the hell matsumoto is trying to pull because how is it that ASHIRO MINA???? has lost her signature weapon and NOT accounted for something to use as backup (like hoshina did)?

i’m so baffled by the narrative and writing choices for mina because she is QUITE literally a sitting duck when everybody else on that battlefield is exhausted. she didn’t do ANYTHING when narumi and hoshina were fending off the monster while kafka was charging up/evolving.

truly after what happened with the volume cover (not getting one until FIFTEEN volumes in) and literally close to 50 chapters ago (giving her a backstory on her anxiety as a new recruit suddenly made to be the Sole mega monster fighter, but letting her be saved instead of overcoming it alone like narumi, hoshina and kikoru) i shouldn’t have expected anything but it feels SO FUCKING UNFAIR.

at this point matsumoto is better off writing her as an operator since she gets SO LITTLE screen time actually doing anything FUCK
