As much as he loves horses, he does see them as his property. It's only natural, considering he has grown up surrounded by servants and horses. He doesn't see the house’s staff as property, but for animals…

He also has a very important shogi set. It was his grandpa, it's old, and it's not very well-preserved, but it has a lot of history and he loves it. It's the only thing that connects him with one of his grandparents. 

He also has a few things that belonged to his mom. He treasured everything dearly, as it's his mother's legacy. They may not be the best of the best, but they were hers. And that's what matters.

-20- love language/way they show affection

His love language is quality time. That’s for sure. He is pretty conservative, so PDA is almost nonexistent. Sure, he can brush his hand into yours from time to time, but not. It’s not a thing. Acts of service? Akashi??? He has service staff, but not him. And receiving gifts and words of affirmation are passive benefits of the quality time. 

For example, one of the things he’ll do if he wants to be with you is inviting you to his stable. He has a stable full of horses, and if you don’t know how to ride, he’ll teach you. And he is pretty good at that. When he is with his horses, you can see a weight lifted from his shoulders. 

The thing is, he is pretty busy. If he really likes you, he is going to do everything possible to book a day just for you. I’m thinking maybe Sundays. Sundays are your date day, but be prepared. The only excuses for missing a date are: exams or family emergencies. And, depending on which one of his personalities is fronting… not even that.

(Context) There are high possibilities, being the Richie Rich of Japan, for you to have an arranged marriage. Or, at least, your parents are trying one. So you have to know he does not only have high standards for himself, but also for you. Depending on the alter, he is going to help you be better. In every aspect of life. School? He’ll study with you. Sports? Sign him in. Social skills? You can improve with his experiment subje… his friends. His friends.

He is just too good at recognizing other people’s good traits. So he’ll learn what you are best at and explore it. Make you better in that skill. Being a phantom, learning from observation… heck, even ikebana. He is going to raise you to your best potential. 

Doing certain things, he is slow. It's not that he can’t do it quicker, he can, but he wants to be slow, to enjoy it. Especially with traditional things. He’ll do ikebana, for example, and he’ll last an hour to do something that could take 15 minutes. He enjoys the calm, taking his own pace. Why does everything need to be done for tomorrow? (again, in traditional arts. Don’t you dare to give him an assignment 2 minutes late)

Kise stretched his arms wide as he came out of the school. Fresh and clean from his shower after practice, and ready to hit the town! Practice might have run long, but the night was still young. Maybe he could text some of his model co-workers to see if they wanted to hit a club or karaoke bar downtown.

The blonde looked up from his phone as he came to the gate and noticed a familiar shade of green just past it.

“Midorimacchi! What are you doing here??”

“I was just telling Midorimacchi how it would make you happy if he told you that--gah!” Kise’s confession on the part of his friend was cut off when said friend crush his foot under his own. Silencing the blonde as he tended to his wounded toes.

“How was practice?”

3- childhood

For a good chunk of his childhood, he was an only child. But then his siblings were born, and he had like the shortest “dethrone prince” face ever. He was feeling bad during his mom’s pregnancy, but when he saw his sister’s face, he was hooked.

He had a good childhood in a bad neighborhood, that’s how he got into karate and how he can kick Haizaki’s ass so easily. Although he prefers talking things out, sometimes it's not possible

As I finished writing this, it has been brought to my attention that Nijimura STOLE A MOTORBIKE so… Maybe he was a rascal after all (link to the translation)

-23- occupation/job

I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT for a while now, BUT I think he would be a social worker of some kind. Maybe he started studying law, but he saw that was not the solution. He needed to go to the roots, stopping things before they grew up out of proportion.

Think about it:

He is reasonable

He plays a sport a lot of teenagers can be interested in (basketball or even street basketball when he goes to live in the USA)

He is approachable

He is excellent at self-defense if anyone thinks about talking with their hands

He is a former crook, so he has inside experience

-28- interactions with their lovers

You and I can agree that bodyguard/protégée is a good trope for him.

In the canon, I can see him having normal interactions with his classmates, asking them what homework they had to do, comparing notes… And inviting them to his matches.

When the sports festival is near, he would be bolder and say he’s going to win for a kiss or something like that. Anyone would say it’s a joke, but he is not laughing. He is serious.

He would back off if he thought he was making them uncomfortable. He would also stare a bit too much in the inevitable beach episode, and he would be a gentleman and not spy in the onsen.

When the time's come, he would ask them directly to have a date. And he’d be a perfect gentleman about it.
