For anyone who's known me since my Danny Phantom hyperfixation, you know I love lore dumping via memes lmao Father had once been betrothed to my oc, Persephone, when they were ten, but the betrothal fell through once her parents realized they were saddled with the weaker child instead of the stronger Monty. When Persephone moves into his city and he realizes who she is, all those feelings come back full force, but have been twisted into an ugly obsession. It doesn't help when he finds out she's opened up her own clinic that is genuinely there to help kids because in his eyes, she's choosing the Kids Next Door over him. Mans really thinks that even after not seeing her for thirty or so years, she's still destined to be his, smh.
