do they have hoarding tendencies like traditional dragons?
we see Starscream's Wyvern- who's name is escaping me- be wary of Skyfire with his cursed state but that she seemed to be fine with him before. Is it common for them to be chill with their rider's partners or are Wyvern's known to get jealous when their riders get close with potential partners outside their trines/bonded pairs or does it depend on the Wyvern?
before Starscream destroyed the Wyvern academy- how did they select potential seekers? is it another caste/family thing or was there a sort of initiation process?

no! they don't because wyverns are nomadic creatures who find new places to roost seasonally. They've been bred purposely to be comfortable in stables and wyvern roosts with large flocks of other wyverns, so theres no room for hoards there!
2. typically, through the way youre SUPPOSED to raise a wyvern, your wyvern should treat you like a close family member or parent. if you severely fuck up raising a wyvern, it will think it's your mate, which is BAD, because it will become VERY protective. you can get your wyvern removed from your care for this.
3. seekers are typically born into lower caste families and scouted out by various recruiters shortly after their birth. they tell the parents that their children have been selected as soldiers in primus' holy army, and will be sent to boarding school around age 8 to learn the art of war and wyvernriding. They straddle a very strange area in society, of being politically powerful and higher in caste, while also not having any choice in the matter, or any upwards or even side to side mobility in caste.
