Get Festival-Ready with a Knit Flower Crown
It's so easy!!!!
Using my knitting spool for the first time. The little plastic needle that came with it is kind of useless, so I'm using a size 1 steel crochet hook instead. I'm making an icord to use as a drawstring for my yoga mat bag. It's a good thing I don't need a lot, because this is kind of tedious.

FINISHED my first knitted scarf. How long did it take me? Oh...LESS THAN ONE DAY! Boo-ya! No joke y'all. These knitting looms are crazy!
Ta-da! I made my own knitting spool out of an empty sports drink bottle. Cut notches along the top and gathered as much patience I could find. After a few tries I ended up with a really rad knitted cuff bracelet!
This time I strung beads on my floss first, then every other stitch I would slide a bead into place....a lot easier than I anticipated and it gives the knit a great weight!!!
Just recently decided to open the tiny box containing a Lion Brand knitting spool….WOAH NELLY….pretty addicting. Fast results. And coming from someone who always cringed at the idea of learning to knit, this is a great way to open that door!
