First Day

Woke up today hurting for yesterday’s workout. It’s the best I’ve del all week though because I’m sore in all the right areas and that definitely means progress.

Starting rehab exercises

Going to the gym tonight to finally work on my knocked knees The weaknesses to work on are weak glutes and outward turning of the knees. I'm going to focus on the outer leg/IT band and strengthening dat ass. High-rep/light-weight squats for volume and slow, heavy, short sets focusing on my glutes Run a few miles, foam roll, stretch, warm up, rehab, chest and core I've gotta post a pic to keep myself accountable.
