Classes to Script

Criminal Psychology - quarter class:

Exploring the psychology behind perpetrators in true crime cases. Deep diving into a wide diversity of cases and analyzing them.

Assignments Examples

- Informational essays on specific perpetrators including their childhood/any life events that we could theorize cause them to do what they did, their crime, their victims, the investigation and arrest surrounding the case

- Covering Cases/watching documentaries as a class and discussing them

Healing & First Aid Magic - quarter class

This class teaches basic Healing & Aid Magic and gives students the opportunity to get a two year certification in it. Students need to have take CPR & first aid prior to taking this class.

Critical Thinking - quarter class

Discussion/student lead class. Students learn how to come to their own conclusions on controversial topics and debate them.

Assignment Examples:

- Students are given a prompt on a controversial topic and then given ten minutes to write a response (with bullet points and arguments) then they debate it as a class

- Picking an argumentative topic and writing an essay on it.

Cinematography - full year class

Analyzing and creating mini motion pictures. This class takes frequent field trips to a wide variety of places to obtain footage for projects. At the end of the year they go on one large out of the country one.

Assignment Examples:

- A project where students make a trailer for one of our favorite movies and share it with the class

- Watching motion pictures and taking notes on the techniques used to bring the film to life, then discussing as a class

- Collaborating with the Intro to Screenwriting class to make mini skits

- Make a short film based on an important lesson that individual students have learned throughout their lives. They have complete creative freedom. It needs to be five minutes at least but no longer than ten. It can reuse footage from earlier in the class.

[Aphmau DRs] Magi Mythology - semester class

Exploring the mythology, movement, history, and culture surrounding the magi.

Assignment Examples:

- Lots of notes (but the teacher is fun and engaging)

- Quizzes & tests (w/ kahoot reviews

[Aphmau DRs] General Werewolf Education- full year class

Students learn of werewolf anatomy, biology, history, culture, pack roles, etc. The class typically is majority werewolf as it's required for werewolf students, but is not limited to werewolves.

A mix of different transformers media becuz I couldn’t decide on just one

Their name is Rhy Diaz, they’re 16 year old, born and raised in Jasper, Nevada. Their parents passed when they were too young to remember and as a result were raised by their older sibling Noah Diaz. Their parents left enough money for them to be semi comfortable but regardless, Noah works as a car mechanic in their small town.

•*¨*•.¸¸ જ⁀➴ Child of Solus

Though Solus has long passed, her spark has chosen them as her human successor. Rhy doesn’t inherit all of Solus’s power, but her aura surrounds them, in which any cybertronian can sense. She provides permanent protection.

Perks/Magic

☽༓･*˚⁺‧͙ Any artifact of the thirteen primes can be wielded by them. The artifact will shrink to fit perfectly into their palm.

☽༓･*˚⁺‧͙ They can create small portals that can take them anywhere the are familiar with.

☽༓･*˚⁺‧͙ They can tell when someone’s intentions are pure or not

☽༓･*˚⁺‧͙ They can breath in places with no oxygen, with no negative side effects.

Riding home from school on their bicycle, they stumble across a small oddly designed mallet. They hilt their bike and approach the foreign object. Rhy reaches for it and when their hand graces it, the object sends a shock through their body.

This is the very moment Solus chooses them.

After skeptically touching the mallet with their shoe, they decide it’s probably safe to carry. They bring the mysterious mallet home. Not long after they settle in their bed, Noah knocks on their door. His demeanor is off as he starts rambling on about something Rhy can’t quite place.

Noah goes startlingly silent and his gaze stills on the corner of their room. Rhy follows his stare and finds the source being the strange mallet from earlier. Almost dazed, he tells them to grab the mallet and follow him. They’re going for a midnight drive.

They scuttle into Noah’s car. It’s then, before the key is turned, they feel the car rumble, but not in the familiar hum of the engine starting. The car speaks. Rhy, frightened, tries to leave the vehicle but the door is locked. Noah calms them before introducing them to Mirage, his cybertronian companion.

Mystreet DR; PDH Sports Festival

This is for anyone who may be looking for something to script for their DRs, this is specifically for my (Aphmau's) Mystreet DR but can be applied to any DR.

I scripted the sports festival to be a much bigger event than it is in the actual show. It's a week-long event that gives students the option to attend/sign up for it in the weeks prior, or spend time in the school library, so basically, we just get to skip classes for a week, horrah. The event happens in celebration of Homecoming on that coming Saturday.

Different events are scheduled for different days, each event spans for two hours respectively and there are three per day (personally I have myself signed up for two events per day to give myself that resting time period where I can eat lunch). The event is largely by class vs. class, but the classes are divided up into individual teams because of the amount of people in the events. This gives every participant and equal chance to play.

Here is what I have for the events:

Monday: football, track obstacle course (two laps), and softball

Tuesday: volleyball, soccer, and dodgeball

Wednesday: gaga ball, basketball, and musical chairs

Thursday: just dance ultimate showdown, red light green light, and a huge game of duck duck goose

Friday: simon says, capture the flag, and then minigames

The top five placers get random gift cards and the overall winning class gets ice cream with lunch the following Monday.

Other scripted things:

The school nurse is on standby

There's a water station available for students

Lunches work almost like they would for a field trip, students can bring their own or sign up for a school provided lunch that they eat whenever they get the opportunity

We have two announcers that make watching the events very entertaining
