Trialing using my Celestial hand wraps from KO Studio to support my wrists during aerial hoop and it went really well 🥰
Big thank you to my mate Ros for teaching me how to wrap for what my body needs!
So it's blurry but I got this shirt as a goal for myself from my coach. We have this raffle going on and when you set up a goal with a coach and accomplish it in 30 days you get an additional 30 tickets. Well when I got this shirt I couldn't button it. 30 days later...the picture speaks for itself 😋💪
STSOG
Tonight I got to spend time just lounging having a glass of wine and some yummy food with some of my KO family. I am so grateful for them. They inspire me, and push me to be better. They are family and I do not know where I woud be if it wasn't for them. My coaches, my peers, I love them all. Getting to laugh, chit chat, be silly, outside of the Studio was such a joy and gift. They show me the type of people I want to surround myself with and I look forward to watching them grow and seeing myself grow along side them.
Day 9 stsog
Omg I don’t know where to start! So this girl is a blessing in disguise. I ran 1.6 miles nonstop. Up and down hills on a trail none the less. She’s so awesome. She pushed me harder than I ever thought was possible for me. I wanted to give up, my legs burned, my throat stung, I cried and wanted to give up. She jogged right next to me and kept telling me I could do it, to breathe, she even breathed along with me. I finished feeling amazing, I could never have done this 6 months ago. So blessed for a new friend and so blessed for someone who knows how it feels to want to give up but keeps going. KO FamBam for the win. Rocking new challenges and creating new victories!!
KO shenanigans
So today my main coach Coach Henry gave me an addition private session which was awesome of him. I usually have one once a week on top of my classes so it's awesome when he gives me an additional training session. Anywho so after I joined the circuit class and we all seemed to be in a playful mood so we ended up pretty much doing two stations then messing around two stations then more messing around. We were all balancing on stability balls and Rossi tried showing off and he fell off tried saving himself ran into Gwen and then she almost rolled over onto him. Laughter all around! Then we were holding the ball over our heads while doings squats. Rossi decided to bounce the ball over to me so I bounced it back then he bounced it on top of Gwens she bounced it back then he went over hers and hit another's and it bonk her on the head so Gwen threw the ball at Rossi's stomach and he made this ridiculous noise grunt thing and we again died. So yeah just a typically day at KO Studios. You have to have fun when you work out 😄
Random outburst!
Hehe I've officially started getting calluses on my hands from lifting. It makes me very happy because I'm all like sweet see these...*points at hand* lookie proof I'm a lifter. I lift. It's cool, it's fun. Lifting is life. Yeah I lift.😂💪
I was greeted today by this in our Monday newsletter for KO Studio. It's so true. We all have a choice, a choice to let our fears decide our fates or to face our fears and conquer our own little world.
