Hardiness Test
I recently completed Kobasa’s hardiness test to determine how well I deal with everyday stress. It focuses on three areas: Control, Commitment and Challenge. Out of a possible score of 18, I scored 1! This was a real eye opener. If you find yourself struggling with everyday stress, I suggest you give this test a go.
