Running the Kastellet -- about a mile loop, right across the street from my apartment, with neat views of military barracks, St. Alban’s Anglican church, and a big windmill.
As you might see from the map, I got confused and wound up doing 2.5 laps instead of a full 3. Oops!

Tonight I went to the Mojo Blues Club with Jos ... the performers were Sahra da Silva and pianist Lars Emil. Here’s a brief snippet of their cover of The Weight by The Band. They were terrific! And the venue is great - very casual, no cover, very intimate, live music every night.

At the Black Swan after an exhausting day - an intense day of work meetings and learning more about my responsibilities (pressure, yes) ... followed by a great "Move and Play" class at Wellcome Fitness, which included lots of balance partner games and a series of Turkish get-ups.
Winding down at the Swan with two unusual European brews ...
1) Browar Stu Mostow from Wroclaw, Poland (!!). A black IPA that I would not particularly recommend. A little thin in flavor.
2) Hancock Black Lager from Jutland, Denmark. Quite good, definitely a winner.
Tomorrow - diving into issues of user interface design ... and I need to decide where to spend next weekend! (Looking in your direction, Berlin...)
Additional entertainment: a plea deal for Michael Cohen and an impending Manafort verdict... oh the suspense!

My new bike!
Well, not really mine. My apartment's regular tenant has two bikes, and she is letting me use this beater for the month. But first... I have to get the flat fixed in the back tire. All in all, a good deal.
