Reviewed kicks, first set basics and basic Katas + Bo 1 and had another student start Bo 1.

Workhorse Fight Club

First class was a good workout. Had them warm up with tabata jump rope, then work with me for 1:00 intervals then on the bag when not. Rotated through that for about 20:00. Then did some pumelling and some self defense.

2nd class we did some sparring and then taught one student 1/3 of Bo1 Kata. Then ended with a little more sparring and some self defense.
