KOG OC | AU + OC Design! 💜✨️🪐 — Octavia Park

Sooo, idk if anyone remembers but I used to have an AU for KOG a while ago (I posted it on TikTok last year), but I decided to rework and remake it entirely!!

Anyway, in this AU, Olivia has a grandaughter (or at least is what people think) and she is Park Planet's Interim Manager, since... Well, Olivia is not in very good conditions! Her name is Octavia! 💖✨️

Octavia is the embodiment of toxic positivity and playful elegance. Blending theatrical charisma, kind-hearted naiveté and vibrant energy, she is the perfect face for an empire of magic and fantasy.

Despite being the heiress to an overpriced monopoly, she genuinely cares about the park's employees, treating them with kindness and politeness (quite different from her family's pattern) whenever she is able to. However, her biggest flaw is her conscious choice to ignore the "ugly side" of her world. If there's corruption, exploitation, or dark secrets at Park Planet, Octavia prefers to put on a smile, focus on aesthetics, and pretend that everything can be solved with a magical new attraction and lots of glamour.

Little does she know that one of the park's darkest secrets is... Herself.

What if rather than catching a glimpse of her mother during the Trial, Lute volunteers to go after the sinners on the roof alongside Adam during the Early Extermination, only when she gets there to see both her mother and little sister?

This puts her in a situation similar to Vaggie's "betrayal;" so she either instinctively fights to protect them from Adam becoming a traitor herself, or Adam sees his fav Lute hesitating at the (sexy-looking) deer and offers to bring them to heaven as "hostages" since they're apparently important to the Princess.

Olivia hasn’t died yet despite being so old she’s not on the roof as a sinner.

Lute has been separated from her family for so long and though she knew for Adam much longer, she’d hesitate when confronted with Alastor who bore her mother’s face.

Maybe at first she’d be angry and charge in thinking it’s some dirty trick but after angrily shouting about stealing faces, Alastor realized there is only one person who may even remember and miss their original self.

When Alastor said the name Dahlia, Lute froze and doubled down in anger refusing to believe this sinner was her sweet mother.

Alastor dodged every attack all while telling her every details about herself that only her mother knew.

Lute trembled and tried to attack but couldn’t. When Alastor came closer, she braced herself for a stab in the back but instead found herself in his arms.

She was being hugged. And though she was bigger and he was cold, the love felt was real.

Lute could help but cry.

Adam meanwhile had been watching and felt a bit awkward. He didn’t think of Lute as a traitor for embracing who was clearly her mother.

He knew her backstory and that she missed her mother and sister dearly, and hated her father who betrayed their family out of greed.

As much as Adam loved killing Sinners, he couldn’t hurt Lute by killing her sinner mother. (I support Guitarspear and that they are each other’s simps/hype (wo)man.)

Alastor attempts to convince Adam for a parley, and while Adam initially refused, looking at the pair he realizes this is his not-really-his-girlfriend’s mom and he has to play nice even if they are a sinner. He instead offers an exemption for Alastor to which they refuse.

They were at an impasse, both couldn’t attack each other and Lute was too emotionally compromised.

Alastor then appealed to Adam’s love of food by saying he’ll prepare something delicious if he agreed to a parley. Adam scoffed thinking it might be a plot to poison him to which Alastor retorts that he’d never do that to food and that Adam is a powerful angel surely he’d overcome a puny demon poison.

With his ego stroked and a bribe offered, Adam agreed. Alastor added that they and their allies couldn’t harm each other during the parley.

They shook on it and sealed it with a deal.
