I've been re-reading chapter 5 of A Company of Toa. Hewkii mentioning an all-toa kohlii league made me think of something much less destructive and much more wily:

An all-turaga kohlii league.

Wow I missed this one big time. I feel like this one is less destructive, but on the other hand harder to judge because everyone is cheating. And it's a secondary competition among the turaga to see how much they can get away with before someone notices. Hewkii calls foul on Turaga Onewa and Onewa calmly pulls a reverse card from his robe.

Here we have Pohatu and Onua as cats

Onua is a black and white tom with green eyes and metal claws. Toa of Earth. He wears the Kanohi Pakari, the great mask of Strength

Pohatu is a sand colored tom with amber eyes and brown paws and brown tipped ears and tail. Toa of Stone. He wears the Kanohi Kakama, the great mask of speed.

BionicleChicken: Man what if Teridax was secretly a fan of the Mata Nui Kohlii matches and that's what he watched when he took breaks from his complex planning

This conversation has made me imagine Teridax running a Hewkii fan tumblr

And, in the few pictures that do exist of them together, Teridax has pasted his own Kanohi Kraahkan over her
