After months of trying to find the official plush in stock and obtain a plush of the Catboy Clown in general, my Shinkouhyou plush has finally arrived and I’m so happy! He’s so cute, tiny, and I’m in love! ♥️🌹💌💍

It took me awhile to find ways to obtain an official Shinkouhyou plush, especially since he’s sold out everywhere else, and I had couple of rough experiences getting him custom made so I was happy to snatch him through a box set! It was totally worth it.

Now that Shinkouhyou is free from his plastic prison, he has been reunited with Kokutenko and even finally met my other husband, Kyousuke Hyoubu from Zettai Karen Children! The feeling of getting f/o plushies is so good and wholesome! 💞💞💞💞

Riding your pet giant flying cat counts as a date ❤️💜🐈‍⬛

Here is a drawing I made yesterday of my new romantic f/o, Shinkouhyou, with my s/i for Houshin Engi, Hu Chao the Werecat (Weretiger) Youkai Sennin, flying on their pet cat Spirit Beast, Kokutenko. The ship dynamic for Shinkouhyou x Hu is “Hey immortality really sucks so how about we fulfill our sense of amusement and have fun together, even if we have to be morally questionable about it and sometimes put other people in danger, so we won’t be bored.” The ship for them is Mao Xiangqi.

I got two versions because I used the colors to 1999 and 2018 Shinkouhyou and Kokutenko’s design in the drawings (I also made my husband’s cape flow in the first one because I like that it floats in the air in the old anime so much).

So I’ve finally made my very first Houshin Engi screencap/anime scene redraw featuring Shinkouhyou with my HE self insert, Huxian, since I had to include her in it too! This is the scene from the first episode of Senkaiden Houshin Engi (the 1999 anime adaptation of Houshin Engi). I love that image of Shinkouhyou a bunch so I had to make an Investiture of the Fox Gods version of this drawing! ❤️💌🌹💋🦊🐈‍⬛
