Caroline and Anna get kidnapped and Klaus and Kol have to go save them ~ Klaroline & Kanna
Caroline groaned, her eyes opening slowly as she looked around the damp room she now lay in.
“What the hell,” she muttered, feeling the ropes tying her arms and legs to a chair.
“Caroline,” called another voice and Caroline’s eyes shot up to see Anna tired to the chair next to her.
“Anna,” she breathed, pulling on the ropes, the vervain burning her skin. “Arr,” she gasped; Anna flinching having been about to tell her about the vervain.
“You okay,” Anna asked and Caroline fell back into the chair.
“Yeah, I think so,” she breathed and Anna nodded. It wasn’t like Caroline and Anna had ever really been friends, but after Caroline had started dating Klaus she had found she had more in common with Anna when any of her other friends. “They vervained us,” Caroline muttered, finally awake enough to understand why she felt so drained.
“They vervained you. They snapped my neck,” Anna muttered, tilting her head to the side, wanting desperately to rub her neck.
“Why,” Caroline asked, looking around the damp room that would probably be their death place. Anna laughed bitterly.
“Because we fall in love with idiots.”
“What do you mean they gone,” Klaus yelled and Kol rolled his eyes.
“Exactly what I said Nik! They are gone. I went to pick them up and they weren’t there. So either they left or someone took them,” he yelled back. Klaus stopped. Caroline was gone. Anna was gone too but this was Caroline. He had just got her; no one was going to take her away from him.
“Caroline wouldn’t just leave,” he said, though he didn’t quiet mean or believe the words he was saying.
“Yeah,” Kol said as if the idea wasn’t even worth the thought he was paying to it. Klaus stopped, starting to get eaten by self-doubt.
“She wouldn’t leave,” he said again.
“Well Anna and I had plans, so I don’t care much about what Caroline will and won’t do because Anna wouldn’t just leave,” Kol said; Klaus eyes shot up to his a growl ripping through his chest. “Oh shut up,” he snapped.
“Caroline is important,” Klaus growled.
“Well then are you going to stand there and get consumed with whatever crap is going on in your head or are you going to help me work out who the hell took them,” Kol shot back.
“Did you ever think Anna just left you,” Klaus snapped and Kol scoffed.
“Maybe she did, but if she did then she sure as hell wouldn’t have taken Caroline with her now would she,” he snapped back.
“Just get the keys,” Klaus growled, heading towards the door, Kol on his heels.
Caroline sighed. Anna let out a groan.
“Klaus will save us,” Caroline breathed and Anna smiled softly, turning her head to look at Caroline.
“You have a lot of faith,” she breathed and Caroline sighed. She knew faith was stupid, but she also knew Klaus. Klaus always saved her even when she hated him. He wouldn’t let her die. Caroline turned to look at Anna too.
“And you don’t,” she asked. Anna smiled softly as the thought of Kol.
“I don’t need faith,” she breathed. “I have Kol.” Caroline smiled.
“I think that’s faith Anna,” she breathed and Anna chuckled.
“Maybe. He’s saved me every other time, even when he was daggered in that coffin. He had someone compelled to save me. I doubt this time will be any different,” she said. “It might be faith but I know its trust. I trust him to come get me. Though don’t tell him that. It will go to his head.” Caroline laughed.
“Can his head get any bigger,” she asked and Anna laughed.
“Let’s not test it,” she said.
“Klaus will probably drag him along away,” Caroline said and Anna smiled.
“Probably,” she breathed, taking in a deep breath. “But I’m not that patient,” she said and with a snap the chair underneath her broke in half. She stumbled, trying to jump out of the ropes.
“What the hell was that,” she heard someone ask. Anna looked around quickly, knowing they would have heard before dropping down next to Caroline.
“Anna,” Caroline hissed.
“Shhh,” she hissed back, pulling on Caroline’s ropes. A growl ripped through her throat as the vervain burned her hand.
“Ouch,” she growled, hearing their captures move in the next room.
“What are you doing,” Caroline hissed.
“What you want to wait for the guys to save us,” she asked, ripping the ropes apart.
“No,” Caroline whispered back, jumping up from her chair and throwing the ropes away.
“Well?”
“You should have warned me,” she said and Anna laughed.
“Yes but that would probably have warned them too plus I have been thinking about it for the past two hours, what happened if it didn’t work. You would have been disappointed and where’s the fun in that,” she said, dusting herself off. Caroline just laughed.
“Come on,” she said, as the door from the other room was thrown open.
“Oh crap,” Anna muttered as Caroline and her looked at each other.
“Ready,” Caroline teased, cocking her eye brows at Anna. Anna smiled, nodding.
“Yep,” she laughed.
Both doors to the room were thrown open at the same time. With a flash Klaus and Kol were in the room. The captures ran at them. Klaus snapped the first neck and Kol the second. Klaus turned to Caroline before the body had even hit the floor.
“Klaus,” she said, looking up at him.
“Are you okay,” he asked and she nodded. “Caroline I...” he started but stopped when Caroline run into his arms.
“Klaus,” she muttered. He wrapped his arms tightly around her, having expected her to be mad at him for getting her into danger again.
“You're okay,” he said and she buried her head in his chest. “I got you,” he breathed. She pulled back to look at him.
“Thank you,” she muttered, running her fingers down his check.
“I'll always protect you,” he said and she smiled.
“I know,” she said, leaning up to kiss him. Kol turned to look at Anna, crossing his arms over his chest. Anna smirked, cocking her eye brows up at him.
“Long time no see,” she said and Kol smirked.
“We came to get you,” he said and Anna laughed.
“Good job,” she teased and Kol rolled his eyes with a laugh. “You're only a little late,” she said, holding her hand out to him. He cocked his eye brows up at her.
“If you were more of a damsel in distress, I might have come faster,” he said, pulling her into his arms. She giggled.
“I'll of course try to be more of a girly girl for you my lord,” she said with this insanely girly and slightly sarcastic voice. Kol scoffed.
“Don't tease Anna,” he said, tucking her hair behind her ear. “You're not that girly, and you would never call me lord.”
“You're not a lord,” she said as Kol ran his fingers through her hair. “But thanks for coming,” she said and smiled softly.
Anna packed the last of her things into a bag and placed it on her bed. She heard the window open and she smiled. He really was predictable once you excepted that everything he did was completely childish and random. Kol slipped over to Anna, running his hands over her hips. He always wanted to hit himself for coming back the next night, but he didn't. He liked coming back. He was becoming reliable, at least compared to the rest of his life. It had everything to do with this girl.
He had returned to the same bed, night after night for a decade. His brothers had moved on and he had stayed. He had stayed for her. She smiled against his touch as his hands slid over her hips and down her inter thighs.
“Kol,” she breathed and he moved her hair off her shoulders before planting a kiss on her neck. She knew what he was doing. She knew he hadn't forgotten about their fight yesterday. Anna's hands clenched together and she took a deep breath turning around to look at him.
“Don't,” he said before she spoke and she smiled softly.
“I have to go,” she said, knowing that if she took a moment to enjoy him, she wouldn’t leave. She had to go. She had to free her mother. It was her mother.
“I don’t want you too,” he said and Anna could tell he had a speech lined up.
“I have to free her Kol,” she said, stepping around him and picking up her bag. “It's my mother. She's the only family I have left.”
“No, you don't,” he said. “You don't have to care about your family, that's the great part about being a vampire,” he said, taking Anna's hands in his. “You don't have to feel. Stay with me. We'll travel. We'll see the world. Your mother can wait a century. She's not going anyway.” Anna sighed and shook her head, knowing that this was probably the first time he had said anything like this before. He didn't love openly like most people. He didn't normally love at all for that matter. Anna was it.
“I have to,” she said, taking his face in her hands. “I have to go,” she whispered, the water building in her eyes. “We'll see each other again, after,” she breathed. “It's not over.”
“Anna,” he breathed. She smiled softly and kissed him.
“Goodbye,” she whispered, taking a deep breath and turned towards the door. She reached out for the door handle and tear ran down her cheek. With a flash Kol was blocking the doorway.
“No,” he said and she sighed.
“Kol,” she breathed and he grabbed her face in his hands. “Please,” she whispered.
“Forgive me,” he said and Anna pulled a confused face.
“Kol, what are you doing,” she asked quietly. Kol's pupil’s dilating as he stared into her eyes. He took a deep breath and did the one thing he promised he wouldn't.
“Forget about your mother. Forget that she is stuck waiting for you. Forget about everything. Stay with me,” he said, running his thumb across her cheek wiping away her tears. “Forever,” he breathed. There was a moment of silence before Anna smiled.
“What's with the long face,” she asked and he smiled sadly.
“Nothing,” he breathed and she laughed.
“Are you sure,” she asked. “You look sad?”
“I'm fine,” he said and she smiled.
“Okay,” she breathed softly, as he ran his thumb across her cheek. “As long as everything is okay,” she asked and he nodded.
“Everything is fine,” he said.
“Come here,” she said softly, giving him a kiss like he was the only person on the planet she loved.
“I love you,” he said, cupping his hands around her head. She smiled.
“I love you too,” she said, running her fingers through his hair. “Now come to bed,” she said, taking his hand in hers and leading him towards the bed. Her bag sitting by the door completely forgotten.
Anna rolled over in the early hours of the next morning. She looked at Kol sleeping next to her. He looked so peaceful. You could believe for a second that he couldn't do anything wrong. That he wouldn't even think to compel his girlfriend into staying with him, taking away her free will. But he did. She smiled softly, running her fingers across his face. She rolled out of the bed, pulling her clothes back on silently, knowing just how loud she could be without waking him. Fully dressed she walked towards the door. She picked up at bag from the floor, throwing it over her shoulder. She bit down on her bottom lip as she looked back at him. She knew she shouldn't. He wouldn't forgive her when he worked it out. The funny thing was she had the right to be equally as mad at him. He compelled her. She took a deep breath. She stuck her hand into her pocket and pulling out a small satchel of vervain. It wasn't that she had expected him to compel her. She had just learnt a lot from Katherine. She was always prepared. She looked at Kol one last time before opening the door and walking out into the cold.
Double Date, Disneyland ~ Jerbekah and Kanna (Human Version)
Anna stood on the balcony of the 5 star hotel her and Kol were staying in. She smiled, knowing full well how much this place would have cost, but that was the Mikaelson family for you. They did everything big. Anna touched her stomach. Kol and her had been married for 8 months. 8 small amazing months.
Rebekah announced her first 2 months after her wedding. It wasn’t like they got married because she was pregnant. Rebekah loved Jeremy and Jeremy loved her. They had always wanted a big family. So it was different. Jeremy and Rebekah weren’t Anna and Kol. And it wasn’t like Anna didn’t love her nieces Rose and Angela or her nephew Max. She did. She just wasn’t sure if Kol and her were ready for a family like that yet. Kol slide onto the balcony, taking a moment to look at the girl he got to call his wife. Still a little bit surprised he Kol Mikaelson had actually found a girl amazing enough to make his want to get marry and more importantly that she had wanted to marry him. “Annabelle,” he said, bringing her from her thoughts. She smiled. She had felt like she had been alone forever when she met Kol at Rebekah and Jeremy’s wedding. He had been charming and witty but also a little bit cocky which Anna loved the most. He slid his arms around her and they took a moment to just feel their bodies against each other. They still felt like newly weds and there going to continue to act that way as long as they could. “Is it 11 already,” she asked, leaning into him as his arms wrapped around her waist. He nodded and she sighed. “Okay.”“Do you really want to go,” he breathed in her ear, bringing a smile to her face. She turned around to look at him, leaning against the wall of the hotel. “Are you saying you don’t want too,” Anna asked, cocking her head to the side. Kol laughed. “Of course I don’t,” he beamed, stepping into her. “I want to push you back on that bed and replay our honeymoon over and over again,” he said with this cocky smile, leaning into her. She smirked, his words making her stomach drop. His lips were almost on her when she spoke. “That’s what tonight is for,” she whispered in his ear, pushing him away. She laughed when this almost disappointed look covered his face because he knew tonight was at least 11 hours away. 11 long hours of not being able to touch her. “Well I guess,” he breathed, pressing her against the wall. A gasp escaping her lips before she could stop it. “If I can’t have you,” he muttered, kissing her neck lightly. Anna’s legs almost giving out under her. He pulled back to look at her and smirked. “I guess I’ll just have to settle for Disneyland.” He beamed, holding out his hand for her to take.
“You know what I love about you,” Kol asked as they walked through the crowd of people waiting outside Disneyland. “Other than my ass,” Anna replied, knowing it was beyond true. “Well yes,” he said as Anna felt his eyes on her and rolled her eyes. There was silence for a moment and Anna laughed, turning around to look at him, knowing full well he couldn’t connect two words together when his eyes found their way to her behind. “Kol,” she called out and he shook his head, looking up at her. “I love that even after we had the worse possible dinner with my family the first time you met them, you still agreed to marry me.” Anna smiled softly at him, though the thought for that dinner brought back bitter memories. “Your only saying that so if today doesn’t go well, I have something more horrible to compare it too,” she said and smirked at him. He moved over to her quickly. His arms rapping around her. “You know me to well,” he said as they caught sight for the others. “Yes I do,” Anna said proudly and smirked at him. “Plus it’s only Rebekah and Jeremy today,” she said and smiled. “I think we can handle them.”
“Rose,” Rebekah called out as the little girl aged 5 took off into the crowd. She sighed and turned to Jeremy. He smiled at her, holding their other daughter Angela in his arms. She relaxed almost instantly as he looked her. Jeremy took his wife’s hand in his and gave it a small squeeze. “Relax,” he breathed, kissing her lightly on the head. “I’ll go get her,” he said, handing Angela to her mother and walking off after Rose. Rose ran through the crowd. Her blonde curls the only thing you could see before she attached to Anna’s leg. “Aunty Anna. Aunty Anna,” she giggled, sticking her arms up into the air. Anna smiled and picked up the small girl. “Now where are your parents missy,” she asked, looking up as Jeremy walked over to them. “Jeremy,” Anna breathed and the two looked at each other for a moment. The time when Anna and Jeremy had been together, seemed like nothing more than a distant memory as he smiled back at her.
Anna laughed as she watched Kol chase Rose around the playground while Jeremy convinced Angela that he was going to catch her at the end of the slid. Anna focus was pulled from the boys when Max grabbed the bottom of her dress. She smiled, picking him up. “After meeting Rose, I didn’t think you guys could have a cuter kid and yet look at him,” Anna muttered. Rebekah smiled. “He has Jeremy’s hair,” she said fondly, leaning over and pushing in out of his eyes. Anna looked at the boy. “He looks just like a baby Jeremy,” Anna breathed. “All boys are meant to look like their dad’s. At least for the few year or so.” Anna nodded but Rebekah could see she wasn’t really there any more. Her mind was miles away. Rebekah watched as Anna stared at Max and she saw it in her eyes. “Well you know your boy will be gorgeous, Kol was such a cutie as a kid,” Rebekah said and Anna turned to look at her. She smiled but Rebekah could tell it was a little forced. Max wriggled in Anna’s arms and she placed him on the ground and watched him wobble towards his father. “I’m pretty sure Kol doesn’t want kids,” Anna muttered, more to herself than to Rebekah. She had been thinking the words hundred times in the past few days. She had wanted to hear them said out loud and hoped they would sound different, but they didn’t. “I think your wrong about that,” Rebekah said but Anna wasn’t listening. She had her hand resting on her small stomach.
Kol dropped down next to Anna as Jeremy walked the kids over to Rebekah, who had a wonderful picnic set up. Kol watched the kids and smiled. Rebekah really was insanely good at being a mum. “Kol,” Anna said and he quickly turned to her. He smiled, but he could see the shadow in her eyes.“Yeah,” he asked, as they sat slightly aside from the family. “Do you want kids,” she asked, the words rolling off her tongue before she could regret it. Kol pulled a confused face for a second. “I guess, sure,” he said, as Rose pulled on his shirt and handed him sandwich. He took it and smiled. “You guess,” Anna hissed and even she could hear the shaking in her voice. Anna sighed, standing up before he could turn back to her. “Anna,” he called out, running after her. He slid inside of her and she came to a stop. “What’s going on?” Anna looked up at him and she could feel it. The fear and excitement that had been eating away at the bottom of her stomach. “Do you want kids,” Anna asked again, more blunt this time. “Of course. I mean I had never thought about it before, but I love you and come on we would make the cutest kids ever,” Kol said. “But what does that have to do with,” he said when Anna’s lips connected with him. There was so much focus than he almost stumbled backwards. Kol looked down at Anna and smiled, running his thumb across her face. “What is going on Anna,” he laughed but she just beamed.
