so since you and your entire stream yelled at me to watch pitch perfect the other day i just did and i... i... i want so much of the pp au now. like all the little details? does either group have uniforms/'uniform' details like the bellas' scarves? are any of the gf characters other than dipper/mabel/bill in there? i know pacifica is in there as mabel's gf but does she sing? i'm yelling real loud about this in my head so i. yeah. sorry ah i'm just having a lot of Music Feels rn djskgkdkkf

ok yes so the clef hangers have pretty simple uniforms. the guys wear blue button-down shirts and black pants (can be jeans or slacks, w/e) and the girls wear blue scoop neck mid-thigh dresses. well any gender can wear whatever they like but in general that’s how it is. and they can embellish the uniforms however they want with jewelry, tights, jackets, w/e.the cleftomaniacs are a little fancier, the guys all wear maroon button-down shirts and black pants except for bill, who wears an obnoxiously bright yellow shirt because he’s a douchebag. and all the guys wear bow ties. the girls wear dresses that are black with maroon accents, they’re lacy at the fringe and they’re shorter than the hangers’ dresses and a little more racy, and the girls also wear bows in their hair or pinned to their dresses.
yes, paz sings! she’s in the maniacs, not in the hangers w her gf, and mabel was a little frustrated at this at first but paz said that she thought the competition would be fun, and they would hear/learn different songs from each other, and if only one group went to regionals/nationals then the other girl could go with her.
candy and grenda live across the hall from paz and mabel! they’ve been friends with mabel ever since freshman year but paz only really joined their group after she and mabel started dating. there’d also be some cameos, probably, like with campus security (durland & blubs) n stuff. also! damian is there. but not really. he’s just a member of the maniacs who’s pretty chill.
