Happy Christmas chat !! Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas (or holiday !!)
is the konnyblr officially dead.... ☹️?
not dead; i don't plan to make it private or delete it or anything. but yeah, it's going to just remain as an archive now and it's no longer accepting asks.
to keep it short, i've been writing for kondraki pretty much half of my life, and i just don't have anything new to add. i'm not up to date with the wider site and i have no interest in getting caught up with it. the dynamics between creator and audience have changed and the types of questions are just less to my style; nothing wrong with it inherently but i feel less like i'm writing or creating something and more like i'm diluting the blog with shitposts, which probably makes it more difficult for people to navigate if they're looking for actual lore/creative work. finally, it took up a lot of time and i'm at the point now where i have other projects to work on and things i'd rather be doing.
i've been separated from the mainsite for ages, but now i feel like it's time to seperate myself fully from this particular project. i've said everything i need to say and i'm ready to move on, and i feel like i can't do that properly when i've got one foot in a project that i kind of feel i'm just running into the ground. it's a big part of my creative integrity to step back once i feel that's happening. i'm not the kind of creator who likes to do the same thing over and over or stick to something that works. i wanna go do other things now.
