He stood staring at himself in the mirror, fingers grazing over the lightly bruised skin of his cheek. The mark had begun to fade, hardly noticeable now compared to the night before. Pain killers kept him from feeling the sharpness from the contusion on his stomach, it would last him at least four hours before he felt the need to pop another pill. He smoothed back his hair, giving himself another look over before he exited the bathroom, fresh and ready to go. (1/3) - Jungkook

Jungkook had been invited out by some friends other than BTS, an invitation he graciously excepted with no hesitation hoping it would get his mind off the recent events. “Just for a little while..” He picked up his fully charged cell phone heading downstairs and before he could open the door the phone vibrated in his hands. [The fact that he answered shocks me but I continue on] Jungkook? Uh… it’s me, Nadine. I wanted to call and check if you were okay? You haven’t been answering and I left a couple messages and voicemails but, um, I get it if you don’t want to talk to me. But before you hang up… [at this point, I speak faster, hurrying to finish in case you were angry and didn’t want to speak to me] I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to sound so rude a-and harsh, but seeing Jisoo like that and… [I pause, trying to organize my thoughts, and step outside of my room and starts to pace the living room] Can I see you?
