Day 12 — Kaellan

Kaellan, one of the Korim—the general name given to the species of humans that comprises Rim and Kellenim—and somewhat of a... well, both helper and antagonist, in a way. He only appears much later in the story, but is involved in certain events set in motion a little over 20 years before The Silent Wall. He is more on the side of pure science than of psychic powers, though his knowledge and nifty toys are no trifles.

Kaellan tends to favour simple attire that doesn’t reflect his actual position of power—the only signs of the latter are the markings on his face, which aren’t tattoos but embedded tech, and which he uses to identify himself in restricted areas of the city where he usually dwells.

Actually, I had already drawn him during ID2mars 2016. I’m still trying to work out this guy’s final design... He’s been less elusive than Iswann so far, but not by much.
