Chapter 25- What it looks like.
Sorry, no pictures this update. No idea what kind of pictures I should even use for... this.
“Aww, come on Tarrlok, I said I was sorry!” Korra ran after the former council man hurriedly. Tarrlok grumbled something inaudible while he held his pants up. Somehow Korra had managed to cut a considerable part of the waist from his pants during their sparring match and the man who was usually so calm and collected had shouted at her for being ‘an idiot who doesn’t play well for fun’ and ‘a ruiner of pants’.
Tarrlok huffed as he stormed towards his room, Korra following close behind him. “Come ooooon!!” Korra tried again as the man slammed the door to his room behind him, leaving Korra in the hallway.
She slowly opened the door to reveal the older waterbender with his pants off. With a grin she entered the room and closed the door behind her.
“Do you have no decency?!” He yelled, throwing the ruined pair towards her as he quickly grabbed a new pair. Korra blushed a bit, despite not having seen much. The man’s jacket and shirt were so long that they pretty much covered up his waist area. When Tarrlok showed her a childish pout, Korra couldn’t suppress her laughter anymore. All this time she had just wanted to soothe him, acting as if it wasn’t such a big deal (which it really wasn’t, but apparently it was for Tarrlok), but now she couldn’t hold herself back anymore. She knew she was pushing his buttons, but hey, if he was going to stay, she might as well have some fun with him, right?
At least… that’s how it started out anyway. She abruptly stopped laughing as Tarrlok moved closer, his hands on his back, still pantless.
“W-what are you doing?” the blush that had faded away while she laughed came back in a deeper shade now and she backed up against the door. What was he doing?
Then a splash of water hit her from above, leaving he drenched. She blinked confused, but understood what just happened from the coy grin Tarrlok was giving her.
“T-that’s no fair! I already won!” Korra stuttered, using her bending to get the water out of her clothes.
Tarrlok chuckled, taking control of the water she just steered and held it above her head again. “Dear, dear Avatar, I merely had to take a break. The results have not yet been decided.” He smugly reacted.
Korra raised on of her hands and took back the water, stepping forward quickly and tackling him to the ground.
“Say mercy then, pretty boy. I’m gonna win this one way or another.”
“Am I… Interrupting something?”
Lieu had entered the room to… quite the scene.
“THIS IS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.” Tarrlok screamed.
