“So, that baseball bat actually works as a weapon?”
“It seems a little underwhelming..” Maybe it’s a modern thing? Must be a modern thing. “At least compared to a sword it is.”

Typical day in the life of Phoenix Wright. He was late again, as usual. Which caused him to try to run in broad daylight, in a crowded street, in a blue suit, with his arms full. The only way this could be more of a traditional set up for a fall was if he tried to have his breakfast and eat it too by running with toast in his mouth. Anyway, Phoenix Wright had fallen, and the legal documents he was carrying were thrown with the heft of his body and went in every direction. Phoenix was used to falling, so he sat up on his knees immediately, to watch as paper scattered into the air flew slowly around him, like snowflakes. It was beautiful really, in a tragic way.
Because that was three days of work for his latest case which he couldn’t get back if somebody stepped on the papers and they were ruined. In desperation, he reached out to the person closest to him, grabbing them by their sleeve as if he were some shy maiden. “Hello! If you could help me pick these up, I will definitely find some way to repay you kind sir,” The person he was talking to was a youth, but Phoenix always tried to be respectful around others.
Exactly how he intended on repaying anybody Phoenix did not know, but he was sure he would figure it out when the time came. That was how he tended to deal with most impending problems. It made him a great defense attorney. As a person, it made him a little bit- like the papers he was now reaching frantically to pick up- scattered.

❮✩❯“Pff-- so the monkey,” a burst of air along with waves of laughter bellowed from Hagakure before he could finish his sentence, “Oh man, you’re good! Tell me another, c'mon!”

🔵 mental illness/disorders
Hagakure is fairly healthy. Like anyone, he has his moments of panic and anxiety, along with paranoia. None of these occurrences are direct effects of any mental illness but based on the situations he ends up in and the sort of reactions that would be expected.
