Sorry if I'm bothering you in some way but I see that you're a writer too!, (well, I say too like I can actually put a coherent sentence next to another coherent sentence more then 3 times a year but I digress), I was just super curious what are the plots of the fics your currently working on, sorry if your not cool with answering this, you can totally ignore or delete this ask, no pressure :)
It’s not a bother at all !! I love yapping abt my stuff !!(sorry this if this is A LOT,,, this ask opened the mental floodgates)
I have three (3) WIPs that I’m making gradual progress on at the moment:
- My own take on the “what someone else had saved Tenko Shimura before AFO got to him” idea feature everyone’s favorite boy Oboro Shirakumo(!!!) along with some other surprise guest appearances *wink wink* (I had started this one months ago and originally planned to post it either of their birthdays, but unfortunately college and life junk made things hectic and had to drop it for a bit)
- A Natsuo Todoroki-centric oneshot inspired by me finally blocking and deleting my shitty father’s phone number (as soon as I did this idea EXPLODED into my head)
- A cute Todosiblings oneshot in which a lonely young Shoto sneaks over to be with his big brother Toya one night and inadvertently starts a Full Sibling Sleepover™️ (I didn’t really think this one out much, I just got sad about the Todoroki kids and started writing)
Along with these, I ALSO have some other ideas that I am not actively working on with varying amounts of thought put into them:
- HPSC-sponsored Hero Duo Dabihawks (undecided on whether they are an official public duo or if they just team up a lot)
- A series dedicated to highlighting various forms of disabilities present in canon plus some headcanons in honor of Disability Pride Month in July (I’ll probably end up posting just one of these works this July and it’ll likely end up being a yearly tradition bc this is )
- Business Course! Toya AU inspired by the one of the Team Up Missions (I mentioned this in a previous post) (this isn’t really planned to be the main focus as there will be many divergences from canon but this was the idea that started it all and the one thing I’m completely sold on right now)
- A series based on the Monoma/Toga siblings theory/headcanon w/ an alternate ending concept (Part 1: The lore™️ w/ ambiguous ending, Part 2: Canon compliant ending, Part 3: Alternate happier ending)
- An alternate (earlier) traitor reveal (the only plan I have for this is that it’ll take place sometime between the EA and PLW arcs)
- A silly who-dunnit style mystery: Deku’s analysis journals are mysteriously disappearing???😱 And coincidentally, someone’s (or maybe MULTIPLE someones,,,,) performance is exponentially improving!!! 😱 Who is the mysterious thief??? 🧐 (The culprit is decided/planned but shhh 🤫 no spoilers 🚫)
- Not a very specific idea but I want to try writing song fics sometime (I’m a Music major and plan to specialize in Music Composition/Arranging and I think it would be good practice for the thematic ideas that go into songwriting and what better to practice with than my special interest right?)
Will try to use my days off tomorrow and Tuesday to get a decent amount of writing done bc my job just scheduled me 7 days in a row and I will most definitely be exhausted
just found out the song that inspired one of my WIPS (Merry Christmas, Please Don’t Call by Bleachers) has another song (Isimo) that is essentially a part 2 of that song
Obviously this means I should write a sequel piece for this work (I say as the first isn’t even finished)
