Szeth immediately hooking up with the first woman he meets the moment he stops being a Radiant is so funny. No other character would have been plausible, but he's so salaryman coded that the moment violence stopped being expected of him he immediately metamorphizes into a man with a day job and a wife who helps him raise his god killing sword.
The true hero of Stormlight is stew. It's not Dalinar -- if not saved by Bridge 4 he'd have been long dead, if no stew, no Bridge 4 heroics. It's not Kaladin -- if no stew, no therapy, no there to become a Herald and save spren.
It's the fucking stew
Somebody please appreciate this meme I told @sphere-lite to make for me
"people with autism have a strong sense of justice" actually a statistical error. Szeth, son son Vallano, truthless of Shinovar who in his childhood said "i choose whatever is right" is an outlier adn should not have been counted
Kaladin and Nale sound like divorced parents arguing over their (39 yearold) son
Truly the greatest character arc of the entire Cosmere is Brandon Sanderson himself who went from being homophobic to writing a gay romance for some of the main characters in his magnum opus series...and it's actually well executed
