Purple Pandas but chess royalty: Ren is the king [if he falls the kingdom falls], Martyn a rook [moves in straight lines. dependable and powerful], False a bishop [diagonals, speedy and able to make huge plays really quickly], and I almost want to say False as a promoted pawn (pawn to queen) as a callback to blue bats underdog story. (Admittedly I'm not particularly good at chess so these may not be the most accurate descriptions)
