what to do when ur in financial distress?? start a bracelet shop!
so as some of you may or may not know, my asshole narcissist father decided to run off with another woman and abandon his wife after 30 years of marriage, with no warning and no divorce papers, leaving me and my sisters struggling to make ends meet and support ourselves and our amazing mom, who is unable to work due to a long history of ongoing chronic health issues.
and now, despite his initial assurances that he would still help us with finances, he’s completely stopped paying for anything and has gone silent
my sisters and I are working 30-40 hours a week currently, and we have just enough to scrape by paying for groceries, utilities, mortgage, etc. but we have no means to cover any kind of popup financial emergencies, which is pretty darn scary, not gonna lie to you,,
we also have pretty substantial back payments for vet bills, one sister’s oral surgery, and the mortgage (which Sir Fucksalot hadn’t been paying even while he was still living here?!?!, and didn’t bother telling us about)
anyway the long and short of all this is that I had an idea to earn a little extra income by selling handmade friendship bracelets with k-pop designs and colors!! I like making them, and I think they’re pretty cool if I do say so myself
