My Daily Skincare Routine
I have dry skin but some of the products i use are for all skintypes, I also follow the korean skincare routine and use mostly korean skincare. Honestly I love all of these products and my skin is so even, bright, glowy and hydrated. My skin has always been clear but with my routine it’s been looking even better now. I have sunscreen on the go w/me but this is what i do morning & night so i didn’t include it and i also didn’t include any face masks because even though i have my favorites i don’t use any that much.
Banila co. clean it zero RADIANCE $25 ( oil cleanser for dry skin )
this one’s an oil cleanser in balm form and i love it.Takes off everything so easily, doesn’t burn my eyes, and it doesn’t dry out my skin at all. It also has brightening effects and it honesty did even my skintone, I’m on my second one already. So if you have dry skin i would 100% recommend this one and if you don’t this brand has one for every skintype if you’re interested.
Skinfood Rice Brightening Scrub Foam $14 (water based cleanser for normal to dry skin )
I double cleanse morning /night and use this cleanser as my second step in washing my face. This is my FAVORITE cleanser ever,it’s made with rice water so it evens your skintone as well and i have seen a diffrence. Love how it’s creamy, and the scent. It says it lightly exfoilates for every day use, i don’t think it does but that’s fine w/me. A little of this product goes a long way so it’s worth the money.
Skinfood Black Sugar Mask Wash Off $10 (exfoliater ,all skintypes)
I do this 1-2 times a week and my skin feels renewed with it, so nice and smoothed out. It’s a hydrating exfoliater as well so it doesn’t leave me tight or dry. Skinfood has other versions of this too like rice and honey if you want something brightening or soothing.
Neogen Real Flower Cleansing Water Rose $22 (cleansing water&toner for dry skin )
This is a two in one product so it can be used as a cleanser or toner , i only use it as a toner though and it’s amazing. I’m going to say this alot but i LOVE IT ,it’s such a pretty product with the real rose petals in it .It’s so gently hydrating and soothing ,my skin feels so fresh and balanced after cleansing . I would say any skintype can use this though since it’s so gentle and hydrating like i said. Lastly it smells amazing (so natural) and i use it for redness too since rose is perfect for that.
Son & Park Beauty Water $30 (all skintypes toner & cleansing water)
Another two in one ,this is the second toner i use . I go back in forth between them too but what i love about this one is that it helps dullness and smoothes skin . when i put this on my skin feels VERY smooth. This feels like you have a smooth base over your skin almost like a primer it’s amazing.
Cosrx Snail Essence $21 (all skintypes)
This essence is life changing for me ,it sinks in quickly and gives me such a nice glow. So lightweight but hydrating i need this every day. If you have acne scars this is a great product since it also repairs your skin ,i wouldn’t rely just on this but it would greatly help. My friend who has oily skin uses it too and she loves it ,im telling you this is awesome.
Klairs Vitamin C Serum $22
I have 3 serums that i use but rn I’m using just this one because i want to finish it first. Honestly this is a really good vitamin c serum for beginner’s since it doesn't have too much vitamin c but just enough to get your skin used to it. This one was the first i used and it really made a diffrence because my forehead used to be darker than the rest of my face but it took care of that and made my skin so even. If you have acne scars or sun damage vitamin c serums are worth buying.
Pond’s Cream for Dry Skin $7- $8 & Nivea Cream $7. 24 (all skintypes) -
One of the few moisturizers that keep me hydrated and are nicely affordable .The Nivea one might be too heavy for some people but since I’m very dry i swear by it. I don’t have it pictured because i ran out.
Freeman Brightening Overnightmask $10 (all skintypes)
love this for my last step at night about 2 times a week bc of the vitamin c and hydration.
Where to get these products ?
All these products except the moisturizers can be bought online at sokoglam which is where i get my korean skincare. The cosrx snail essence and skinfood products are at Ulta too though and the Son & Park Beauty Water is available at Sephora . Lastly the moisturizers are at any drugstore and the overnight mask i got from safeway.
