These are pages from Not My Small Diary #17, the High School issue published in 2012. Sorry for the quality but I'm unable to find the original files at the moment so these are scans of the book.
The reason I'm sharing them now is the subject of my story Edward Farbarik, passed away earlier this evening. I met him when I was 14 and he's been a friend for 44 years.
As the story tells, he was the person who helped me recognize that a career drawing comic books was a possibility.
On a final note; as I found the pages in the book to scan you'll notice the story starts on page 58, the year we were both born, and coincidentally, the age at which he died. He was always finding synchronicity in his life and attaching meaning to it, he talked about several synchronistic events the last time I saw him only two weeks ago. He would have appreciated this one.
Requiescat in pace brother.
