Similar to the #ContentSugar series, we received valuable information and incredible insights. 🌸🌺🌻I experimented more with my style and looks this year. However, generally speaking I love being comfortable and that usually involves leggings, athleisure, street wear, and gymshoes/sneakers. 🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️Considering all the miles I walked this summer, I needed clothing that would look great when I was sweaty so leggings did it for me. My @targetstyle #joylab leggings and sports bras saved me in 2018 so many times. 👠👠My favorite pair of shoes that I own are still @melodyehsanishop x @reebok pumps. 🤑🤑 Two of my favorite purchases that I wore in 2018 were the @eloquii jacket (much 💕 to @ashdashing) and my @muubaa jacket I copped at @nordstromrack. Thanks to @stopitdime for helping me with my love for Adidas. 🎇🎆I want to share more of my style this year and take more full-body photos in 2019 as well. It's been encouraging to read about other people I admire who have also struggled this year. We are human. We make mistakes. We take L's. We learn from our mistakes. We move forward. 〰️ I cried a lot this year. I had so many moments that left me feeling powerless. 〰️ I also had 💡moments. I named people who harmed me. I confronted my fears head on. I took up space. I sat at the table with people who probably thought less of me and underestimated my input and leadership. I became vulnerable. 〰️ I dropped the ball. I was afraid in 2018. I got in my own way. I doubted myself. I didn't think that what I wanted was possible. 〰️ I found more comfort in my home. I shared more of my gifts with the world (hello #KRileyBakes, #krileytips and the #feedingamrerica mini-doc among many other things). I gave people opportunities to share their light. I helped people make connections. 〰️ I am owning my power. I am owning my sensitive nature. I care for people deeply and am fiercely protective of people who look out for me and support me. #HappyNewYear 🎆🎇 2018 challenged me. I am grateful to be carrying over new projects from 2018 to the New Year and to be putting more energy towards creative projects in 2019. Thank you to everyone for supporting me online and offline. Last year, I worked a *lot* 😩😫. When I thought my work in certain areas was over, the Universe continued to provide the environment and relationships to make things happen. I want to continue to operate with more intention and reflection. A few of my goals for this year also involve finding more joy, pouring into my village, friends and chosen family, and also continuing to be true to myself. I want to plan for more breaks and ways to rejuvenate and restore my creative energy and vision. What is your vision for yourself this year?
