A tie's keeper loop provides a nice stowing area and protects the pendant from accidentally touching dirty surfaces. This is a necessary item for me to have available at any moment and this is a secure way to wear it. This might vary for others depending on length of tie and length of cord for the pendant.

KRYPTO-BITE - REVIEW

The krypto-bite is probably the most popular chewie out there and isn't hard to see why. It is shaped like a cylindrical prism shape, similar to some crystals. 

The kryptobite is available in 3 different toughness levels (soft, XT and XXT). The toughness levels are color coded. Only 6 colors are pictured, currently 8 colors are available, and more colors should be available in the next few months. 

PROS AND CONS

Fashionable and stylish

Can be chewed with back teeth

Also available in a “tube” version

Fits very well into ones wardrobe due to looking like a normal nonchewey necklace

May break fast due to the chewing area being limited (Especially goes for very aggressive chewers)

May squeak, but can be fixed with applying a small amount of lip balm (chapstick). Let it sit for about 10 minutes and now the squeaking is gone, repeat as needed

XXT will seem very very tough at first, but will soften up during use (same goes for other toughness levels too)

Is slightly textured and may feel uncomfortable if you have very sensitive lips (the end/tip of the chewie)
