Today's Walking Photo: I kid you not – the moment I saw this thing, I was already softly muttering Napoleon Dynamite’s immortal line depicted in the still image below. And then I chortled to myself like a classic neighborhood weirdo, and then I took the picture.

I may also have chortled a bit more.
