I never thought we would win this, but the fact that it was this close is amazing.

The GOP held onto Kansas’s 4th district tonight by 6 points. That’s huge.

It’s the smallest margin for them since 1994. It’s incumbent, Mike Pompeo, who is being replaced after taking a cabinet position, won the seat by 33 points in 2014. Trump won the district by 27 points in the presidential race.

The GOP needed robocalls from Trump and his VP Mike Pence, plus a $90,000 party donation, to win this year.

KS04 swung by over 20 points. In ruby red Kansas, Dems only lost by single digits.

If the 4th is this close, we can win anywhere. Get ready for a blue wave, America.
