K-tape for days. Swapped my Saturday sprint for a physio session and I do not regret it. Turns out my intermittent knee pain was due to an inflamed bursa; a totally manageable injury which won't stop me training! If you're feeling a little niggle; go and get it looked at! Better to be proactive with rehab than to keep thrashing something that hurts. The aim is to keep our bodies strong, remember. 💪🏼 Happy Saturday running(or resting) fam <3
