With Leo's grey appearence being more than just the prision dimesion lighting, does it last once he gets out?
And does he end up with any nutrient deficiencies and/or long term consequences from poor nutrition or lack of acceses to sunlight or UV light?
He's pretty desaturated for a while, his brothers are pretty worried about it. They're more worried once they realise that he doesn't really have an appetite anymore

Does Leo have any scars or injuries that he is self conscious about the look of? Or just in general?
He has a few that I’m gonna keep quiet for spoiler reasons but he really doesn’t like the arm one that runs through his stripes.
He’s gotten used to the whole being blind in one eye thing - it’s annoying but he’s past being bothered by it now. The face scar missed his stripes but it’s pretty prominent so he’s been trying to convince himself that it makes him look more rugged and cool so it won’t bother him that much
So I know very little about the characterisation of Leo and how the prison dimension changed him but little comic gave me a silly scenario that amused me and wanted to share.
Leo overhears the others discussing the EPF and learns they have Sister Krang AND her mech and decides it is a bad idea for the organisation to have both, so he decides to take the mech (because why would he want to take her?). So he goes out one night and sneaks in using his ninja skills and those he learned in the prison dimension to remain unseen and unnoticed amongst mess of Krang tech the and takes the banged up but still somewhat functioning mech suit. Like it wasn't even that hard, once he got it started it up (and avoided being vaporised by the charge still held in the weapons systems), he just walked out (the big gaping hole he made in) the front door. Ok so maybe he ended up having to charge the door down- the laser weapon is going to need some work before it can be used again. Backfiring weapons are not fun.
On the way home, he realises he is hungry when he sees a drive through. The guy at the window, over worked, overtired and not paid enough to care when some armoured green creature on one of those alien robot things comes though the drive through at 3am. He's pretty sure the aliens were pink and their monster henchmen didn't speak and had way more eyes, and this guy seems pretty pleasant and cheerful and besides this guy is green and friendly and pleasant and cheerful (why is he green?). He's actually pretty sure he's hallucinating so when the guy says he has no money on him and apologises, he just waves him through, 'yeah sure man, no worries, it's on the house.' God he needs some sleep.
Back at the lair, the guys are on alert after hearing there has been an explosion at the place the EPF is storing things of interest from the invasion. The facility Sister Krang is secretly being held in seems ok. Suddenly the perimeter alarms go off. Before Donnie can pull up the feed the front door opens. There stands Leo with a new Krang mech, suspiciously like the one that Sister Krang used and was being housed at the facility that exploded just a while ago.
'Uhhh.... what you got there?' Donnie askes staring at Leo and the Krang mech.
'...a smoothie.' Leo replies looking at the blank faces of his brothers.

Does Leo put much thought into the design of his armour or is it more of a finding pieces that fit him and suite his needs over looking 'cool?'
He mainly picks out/makes the pieces he needs to cover up injuries he doesn't want to disturb - like the shell covering he's got. But the mask is mainly for the coolness factor and he will absolutely deny making his gauntlets look like Draxum's to make them look more badass
How about, what does Leo miss most while his is trapped in the prison dimension?
His brothers & family feels like the easy answer but close second is real food - he is heading straight to Hueso's once he's out and nobody is stopping him
