Does Leo put much thought into the design of his armour or is it more of a finding pieces that fit him and suite his needs over looking 'cool?'

He mainly picks out/makes the pieces he needs to cover up injuries he doesn't want to disturb - like the shell covering he's got. But the mask is mainly for the coolness factor and he will absolutely deny making his gauntlets look like Draxum's to make them look more badass

From the Leo being a stinky lil guy does he forget to shower when he gets out? Sort of like he has become so used to the feeling and smell of no washing on a regular basis that he forget?

Leo’s pretty used to being kinda grimy and gross but after having a shower it’s soooo nice he’s gonna take so many of them And even if he does manage to forget, Donnie is definitely shoving him into the first water source he sees

I have no idea how accurate this is but a part of me can't help but think Leo would absolutely reek after a while in the prison dimension. Part of that is imagining there is not a lot of water just lying around and the other is him not liking to remove his armour. Imagining there could be some interesting things going on with his skin underneath his armour, especially if he doesn't remove it often. Aside from his grey tone, does he end up with any with any skin issues?

under his armour is mostly scars and old injuries that didn’t get the best treatment (and secret things that are spoilers). Maybe he’s got like… a farmers tan sort of thing once he takes it off? Haven’t thought too much on it yet

Also not really a skin issue but he does cover up a bit more to feel like he’s in the armour again…. Safety hoodie

With Leo's grey appearence being more than just the prision dimesion lighting, does it last once he gets out?

And does he end up with any nutrient deficiencies and/or long term consequences from poor nutrition or lack of acceses to sunlight or UV light?

He's pretty desaturated for a while, his brothers are pretty worried about it. They're more worried once they realise that he doesn't really have an appetite anymore

Is there anything you can share about her?

She's HUGE and Leo's forever baby - if he could bring her home with him then he would absolutely do it. Everyone else is less warm to her, despite her being probably the best robot Leo's got up and running. (He can't understand why, isn't she just the best?)

She's maybe semi-autonomous. Leo controls her to an extent but she has her own quirks that are outside of his control (nothing super major but little things like noises and lights that Leo can't bring himself to go and fix). She's also mostly for fighting so he kind of keeps her in reserve a lot of the time.

I think I've maybe said before as well (don't remember lol) but she's also the only bot with multiple versions because he's THAT attached to her if she breaks a bit.

Does Leo have any scars or injuries that he is self conscious about the look of? Or just in general?

He has a few that I’m gonna keep quiet for spoiler reasons but he really doesn’t like the arm one that runs through his stripes.

He’s gotten used to the whole being blind in one eye thing - it’s annoying but he’s past being bothered by it now. The face scar missed his stripes but it’s pretty prominent so he’s been trying to convince himself that it makes him look more rugged and cool so it won’t bother him that much
