Approx around Yona’s height! Her family runs a healing ocean hotspring/onsen who sell skin care products, medicinal tinctures, oils and scale scrubs. It’s a rather popular spot for warriors, sportspersons and sometimes even royalty etc to come and relax, with the option of a private onsen~
Giant Turtles: There is a larger hotspring reserved for the Giant Turtles who come to bathe. They are seen as deities/ancestors, so it is custom to present offerings, in which they purify the water and promote its healing qualities in return. Hence why she carries a vial of the purified water on her necklace for good fortune.
She helps out at the hotspring as an attendant and does greaT massages, but she enjoys doing reef gardening the most, replenishing the reef from the damage caused by the Calamity, gloom and sludge toxins that spread into the ocean.
She is also very strong, can lift heavy boulders and won’t hesitate to do arm wrestles! Greatest achievement was signing up for discus (for fun) in the Caeruleis Zoralympics and came 3rd with hardly any training (mayb a fluke throw lol).
She has strong sense of duty and family values, but she does wonder what else is out there outside the bubble of the onsen though.
Ties with my other ocs:
Friends with Thorfin, who sometimes comes to play his harp-guitar there for the guests. His unintentional bluntness and carefree attitude helped her drop her constant customer-service demeanor. He also teaches the importance of healthy reefs to his junior scouts, so both have a thing for ocean conservation!
Former General Kahn (exiled) as part of his compulsory treatment comes to the hotspring sometimes (Kuanni's aunt is like a therapist), and he has also taken up reef gardening around his current residence, learning this from her family.
Byers being a fan of hotsprings comes as well, however after spotting Kahn there before, Lionel is tentative to accompany him.
