Concert Series :: CIM Faculty perform works by Haydn, Beethoven & Rachmaninoff, Oct. 23

Join esteemed members of the Cleveland Institute of Music string and keyboard faculty on Wednesday, October 23, for a recital featuring works by Haydn, Beethoven and Rachmaninoff. Thanks to generous support from CIM donors, this concert is presented at no cost.

The program will be:

HAYDN Piano Trio in G Major, Hob.XV:25, “Gypsy” BEETHOVEN Variations in G Major on Wenzel Müller’s    “Ich bin der Schneider Kakadu”, Op. 121a* RACHMANINOFF Sonata for Piano and Cello, Op. 19

Concert Series :: Join the CIM Orchestra@Home for a Program of Debussy, Rózsa & Schubert, Sept. 25

The Cleveland Institute of Music Orchestra will be at home on Wednesday, September 25, performing a program of works by Debussy, Rózsa and Schubert, under the baton of Carl Topilow.

Concert Series :: CIM's First Orchestra Concert of the Year to feature Ravel & Mendelssohn, Sept. 11

Faculty Recital: Joan Kwuon, Joel Smirnoff, Mark Kosower & Sergei Babayan--TONIGHT!

Join Cleveland Institute of Music faculty member, violinist Joan Kwuon, and her colleagues CIM President Joel Smirnoff, Cleveland Orchestra principal cellist Mark Kosower, and pianist Sergei Babayan TONIGHT in CIM's Kulas Hall for a free faculty recital presented in honor of Forest City Enterprises.

The quartet will perform:

Schubert Sonatina in G minor, Op. 137, No. 3, D. 408 Prokofiev Sonata No. 2 in D Major, Op. 94 Brahms Piano Quintet No. 1 in G minor, Op. 25
