Can we look into another person's process?
Yes we most certainly can. We can see and feel and know where they are and what would be a positive and productive next step for them to take. We can, if we have the Kundalini directing us to see and to know and to feel. So no not everyone will be able to give such advice but once a certain level of Grace has been received the Kundalini can give insights into another person's process and assistance will be given.
Unfortunately there will be those who know how to disguise themselves with words and assumptions to pretend such grace within themselves. Those who assume grace by reading a book or a website. So we must be ever alert to those who might not be able to give accurate information and instead offer a corruption either knowingly or through egotistical ignorance. So we still must be discerning.
Trust your grace first. If Kundalini leads you to a teacher or a fleshly guidance then trust it. Don't buy into the limitations that others will place in your path. You have eyes to see and ears to hear. You have intuition to feel. Let those tools be used when discerning what to hear or see or know intuitively.
