Этот городок на курильском острове Итуруп серьёзно пострадал от землетрясения ещё в 90-е. Но почему-то его всё еще не расселили.
This town on the Kuril island of Iturup was seriously damaged by an earthquake back in the 90s. But for some reason, it still hasn’t been resettled.
The Patron of the Deep, Of the unknown aquatic abominations and Sailors, Kuril
When a whale or a giant squid washes up on beaches with bites taken out of them, Kuril is to blame. When the ocean rises too high well past any wall barriers to flood sea shore cities, Kuril is to blame. Kuril is the Patron of the Deep, the darkest depths of the oceans where nature hides it's abominations it's to ashamed to give sight to and too ashamed to show to the mortal eye. Similar to Delor, their gender and sex are best described as 'a jello shot' never truely defining itself and only being solid at their choosing or circumstance choosing for them. Kuril's legs are exceptionally weak and cannot stand for long periods of time because of it. Thankfully, their long hair are numerous tentacles that support them to make them stand. They crawl along on the seafloor, their body carving the deep massive trenches where the abominations make their homes. Although their Warlocks are far and few, they are no exception when it comes to talent, being able to breathe under water, speak the tongues of fishes to even gradually becoming a creature much like Kuril themself
Kuril is still fervently prayed to by mortals despite the push for people to reject the 'undesirable gods' in favor of more useful gods. However, fearful sailors, fishermen and pirates all know the wrath of Kuril is unbiased and unrelenting and can only hope their feeble prayers are heard by the Great Deep one. Kuril's deep purring is what causes the gentle waves and their snarls of rage creatures whirlpools and typhoons. Offerings are consistently thrown into the sea in hopes of keeping Kuril happy and pleased (this level of worship is often gotten away with because it's not like the religion police can STOP you from doing what you want on the ocean.) Despite being a sea based entity, Kuril is also the patron of mental illness. It was said that man first cast their gaze into Kuril's horrible empty eyes they saw an deep emptiness that was so horrible and too illogical to comprehend, it planted a seed that resides in most of mankind that can sprout into an illness of the mind. Kuril feeling guilt for this involuntary action and with the help of the God of Medicine, created a magical dust that is often thrown into the breezes cast by the God of the Wind. That is why many people often go to the seaside for their health and find themselves feeling better after spending much needed time in the clean sea air. It is also said that people who try to throw themselves from the cliff tops into the sea to kill themselves from the pain of their affliction will be gently washed to shore by the ocean waves, Kuril refusing to take their lives.
Kuril has a strong fascination with Lighthouse keepers as well as the 'strange towers with the precious glimmering inside' that they 'protect'. Much like Mermaids and Selkies of lore, Kuril takes human form to explore for a brief time these funny towers-often to the joy and delight of lonely lighthouse keepers who are gracious for company to talk to. Often the end result of these inquisitive visits became the start of the fish folk race. To this modern era; Light House keepers are held in the highest regard by the Aquatic folk as their 'kind' was the orginal father of their race.

I love Kuril, they seem so cool!
They are pretty nifty. Their breath may smell like chum and they may sometimes play with trade ships like a toddler sloshing around in the bath and they may think that an unwashed lighthouse keepers who are desperate for validation and interaction are the PINNICAL of acceptable mating partners-but they are indeed nifty
