I just finished watching The Pornographer and Mood Indigo and just realized something.

Kijima says he likes how honest Kuzumi is.

Kido lied to Kijima when they were sleeping together.

I think it’s highly likely that Kijima never got over Kido lying to him. So even though Kijima and Kido have something deep between them, it’s better for them to be apart.

Personally, I think that Kijima is better off with Kuzumi than Kido. Kijima and Kido just gives me…. toxic vibes? I don’t know how else to describe it. So even though they may have very strong feeling for each other, it’s best for them to let go.

Kuzumi adores Kijima so much and I find that adorable. Kijima needs someone with a sunshine personality to lighten him up.

Idk, I just really love this series and you definitely need to see it.

Kuzumi-kun, Can’t You Read The Room?

A sweet, simple and endearing love story between an anxious popular girl and a dense boy.

Erika Sakura, a cute and popular girl, suddenly finds herself curious about the actions of her weird classmate, Kuzumi. As time goes on, she gets inherently frustrated on multiple accounts due to his eccentric behaviour, eventually realising her feelings for him. But the biggest problem is that Kuzumi doesn’t know how to read the atmosphere, which makes everything even harder.

We get to see the journey of this well-liked yet naive girl try to confess to a strange boy whose emotions are hard to decipher, even by his closest friend.
