Oh god. I’ve been thinking about it and IDK????

Like okay, my first thought was ‘who’s Arthur, who’s Merlin?’ and I was like omg Kaner’s “soft hand” totally equals magic (work with me here) and Jonny being the captain mean he’s Arthur right???? Like it makes sense. And Kaner’s the small dude no one believes can amount to anything BUT BY GOD HE’LL PROVE THEM WRONG. And Jonny just amasses an army of bros to fight for him, because that’s the kind of prince he is. So Kaner catches Jonny’s attention by skillfully beating him at hockey in a sort of duel. 

Seguin is probably Gwaine (you just KNOW he has/had a crush on Kaner) and Jamie Benn’s Percival. Seabs is Leon, etc. Fucking Bettman is probably Uther or something. 

BUT THEN. It also would be super entertaining that Jonny’s the overly focused and super determined servant with a ~secret (he’s a two-way wizard), and Kaner’s the upbeat prince WITH SO MUCH PRESSURE to prove that he can fucking be majestic, because he used to be this partying prick that always got down with the boys and ladies at the tavern, see. And only his fuckbuddy soulmate BFF Jonathan really sees the more serious and caring side of him, and knows they can be great together. 

But either way, the tragic part is that they CAN’T BE TOGETHER because of homophobia in sports their differences in class and the secrets that hide from each other. But they still fall and love, and try to build a baller kingdom together and have a lot of athletic outdoor sex.

stuff that's still alive *remembers some dish in South Korea*. I'm sure it's good and all, I just really need my food to be dead.

beans & legumes in general (tho I've eaten the occasional dish I liked okay--a lentil soup, some vegetarian chili...)

cooked yolk (like in poached eggs. Okay in scrambled eggs)

(I just don't like pasty textures)

lasagna (too much melted cheese)

papaya (the only fruit I've ever eaten--so far--that I didn't like)

Somewhere Only We Know | jezziejay (first hockey RPF fic I read and it got me hooked on the fic side of the sports so it gets listed. I literally saw it linked on twitter and was all 'eh, I'll read the beginning just to see what the fuss is about... and then couldn't stop reading. Jokes's on me)
