Sigh... Last week, My Favorite Animation studios Kyoto animation was...attacked. So far 34 people are confirmed dead and dozens injured.I can't express how much this hurts me. Kyoto Animation is responsible for my favorite movie 'A Slient Voice' a movie that perfectly crafts the emotional tear and burden bullying can have not jut on the victim but the bully itself. And show how anxiety and depression can cripple people. A show called Miss Koybasshi's Drangon Maid. Brought so much cheer and happiness to my heart, while at the same time showed the understanding of family. Sound Euphonium related to me in band, during a time I felt unpleased and disinterested in the trumpet. And just wanting to leave band. It showed my feelings on screen, and reopened my passion for playing and wanting to improve myself. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya showed me a story of someone so bored of everyday life. That they had the will to end the world and start over with it. Violet Evergarden Tore my heart out, episode after episode trying to show me what love means, at a time I felt like nobody loved me.... I wish nothing but the best to the families of the victims, I hope that the studio can recover. Kyoto was a golden standard of Anime production Actually paying their workers and caring for them. I....I hate this happened. I close my eyes and pretend it didn't. But... when the Director of a show you love.... is no longer around to make another one. It rips me apart on the inside. I really hope they can get back on their feet. I hope this doesn't stop them. Because the shows they make.... mean so much.
